How it works

Three steps. The first one you do only once.

You already have the document. We help you fill it, again and again, from your spreadsheet.

Design it once

Upload your own Word document. Click the places that change, such as the customer's name or the total, and match each one to a column of your spreadsheet.

Drop your spreadsheet

Every day, pick your document and drop in your spreadsheet (a CSV file saved from Excel or any other program). We read it and tell you if something is missing.

Get your documents

In a few seconds you have your finished Word documents: one file, or a zip with many. Your spreadsheet and your documents are then removed from our system.

For the person who designs

No programming. If you can use Word, you can do this.

One person prepares the document. The whole team then uses it.

Bring your own Word file

Use the invoice, quote or letter you already have, with your logo and your wording. There is nothing to redraw.

Point at what changes

Click a place in your document and choose the spreadsheet column that fills it. Rows of items, like the lines of an invoice, are repeated for you.

Choose how it splits

Say what starts a new document, for example each invoice number. If you like, split a big batch into several files.

Save it and share it

Save the template. Your team picks it from a list every day. You decide which choices they may change and which stay locked.

Good to know

Is my data safe?

Yes. The connection is encrypted, passwords are strongly protected, and we do not run advertising or tracking. Your spreadsheets and finished documents are removed as soon as you have them.

Do you store my spreadsheet or my documents?

No. They are used to build your documents and then removed. We keep only your account, your templates and your Word designs, so that you can use them again tomorrow.

What kind of spreadsheet do I need?

A CSV file, which every spreadsheet program can save. We read common European and American styles, with commas or semicolons, and we show how we read yours.

Do my numbers and dates stay exactly as I typed them?

Yes. We do not convert anything. If your spreadsheet says 1.234,50, your document says 1.234,50.

Can my own system send the data automatically?

Yes. Your accounting, ordering or shipping system can send the data straight to us and receive the finished documents. Ask us and we will show you how.

How many documents can I create?

It depends on your plan. You always see how many you have left, and we warn you before they run out.

Which languages does it speak?

English, Spanish, German, French, Dutch, Portuguese and Polish, and the documents you create can be in any language you like.

Do I need to install anything?

No. It works in your browser. You only need Word, or any program that opens Word documents, to read the results.
